The Spicy Gourmet Review
I received the Classic Garam Masala Spice set along with the custom designed Spice Mill and was I in for a surprise. I had no idea the difference in the spices I have bought from the store and use in cooking compared to these new spices. Wow, I was so pleasantly surprised it made my dishes taste great, even my husband ask what I had done differently with a family lasagna recipe. Then I tired the cinnamon and cloves in my Thanksgiving baking and didnt know pumpkin pie could be better than last year. Then there was enchiladas using cumin and ground pepper, again I was complimented on the improved flavor. Great to know that using fresh ground spices can make so much difference. I am not familiar with lemon cardamom so I will be looking for a recipe I can try.

The Classic Garam Masala Spice Set includes Coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper and Cinnamon. We've taken the most commonly used masala spices as used in Indian households
and put them together in an easy to access gourmet spice set.
This set may be purchased with or without The spicy Gourmet custom designed Spice Mill.
Retail Value is $49.99 Regularly $69.00
