Boundless Nutrition~Gluten-Free Products {Review}

I have had the opportunity to try Boundless Nutrition products, and have tried many different brands, and was excited to receive an assortment of products to try.  I received 4 Wellness Bars and 3 Perfect FIT Protein Cookies.

I am a label reader of products, and was interested in the list of ingredients and what I found was, the cookies are all made with natural ingredients, nutrients and whey protein, they have 50% less sugar than other products and an excellent source of DHA and EPA Omega-3.  The Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia and Peanut Butter cookies have 150 calories, 10 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and the equivalent of 3 cups of green tea. They are gluten-Free and low sodium, no soy, wheat or egg and are hormone-free mile protein.

My observation of the cookies: After tasting the cookies, they are not like eating a regular cookie, the peanut butter had a good flavor but just a little dry for me.  The Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia had a great flavor, my favorite was the Macadamia, soft in texture, more like a homemade cookie.

Something that was important to me is they are "not" loaded with white refined sugar and because they are gluten-free, have no eggs, low in sodium, no wheat or soy they would be a good fit for those

The Boundless Nutrition Wellness Bar's vary with their ingredients from, 120 to 190 calories, 10 to 14 gram of protein, 3 to 5 grams of fiber, and carbohydrates vary from 15 to 23 grams, all have green tea as antioxidants and from 200 to 300 DHA & EPA Omega-3.

I found that my favorite was the Mocha Bar, and one of the things I like about these bars is that they are not to sweet for my palate.  I was interested to see how long they would satisfy my appetite and was surprised they lasted 4 hours before being hungry again. I didn't care for the flavor of the Blueberry/Pomegranate bar, but did find the Peanut Butter bar was very good, not an over powering flavor of peanut butter. I was hesitant to try the Dark Chocolate Mint bar, however, I was surprised that it had a light mint flavor and the dark chocolate was not bitter.
