I just signed up for the giveaway, the company name if "Classical Stretch" and is for women 25 an older. The exercise system is transformational and I found interesting to me as I need exercises to help me limber up.

The founder, Mirand Esmonde-White has spent her lifetime dancing.  Her exercise system evolved from her studio as she studied her own movements and those of her students. She became known for her healing musculoskeletal issues such as back pain (I experience) and leg problems for toning, lengthening and slenderizing her students’ bodies.

Miranda is currently in her 8^th season on PBS and in filming for season 9, Classical Stretch.  She is a Canadian success story and crosses over into the US and beyond!
