As a mom that lost her son after battling his whole life with ADD, bipolar and manic depression.

Morningside Recovery has programs that I am sure would of helped my son (James). It all started with being diagnosed with ADD, then as he met friends that were using marijuana, he found that self medicating helped him. But from here it only progressed and escalated into drug addition.

Sometimes with mental illness the person either does not believe they have a problem and wont seek help or they dont want to face up to it, Morningside offer's intervention in a safe and loving way of the family member to realizing that seeking treatment is the best way. Sometimes it is very difficult for family members to work with the individual so an intervention is the best way.  Interventions can change the course of a families life of dealing with mental illness and addition to break down the barrier of drug addition.

It has also been proven that if the individual will seek out the help it proves to be a long life of sobriety and a successful and happier person.
