Sure, I have had to get those last minute gifts, I don't like to, but I have. I always try to either get something that I know they like or if it's something I like, but always make it clear that they can take it back if they don't want or need.

I usually avoid last minute gifts by keeping a few homemade mixes in reserve.

ReplyDeleteCandy or wine are both great last minute gifts, depending on the person! I have stopped on the way to a party to pick up one or the other at the last minute, yes!
ReplyDeleteI always keep a small box of last minute gifts such as candles, candies, etc. Great for last minute oops I forgot someone moments!
ReplyDeleteYou know, thus far I've never forgot somebody, so I've never been in this position. However, I think that a gift card would make a great last minute gift. Either that, or I'd throw together a batch of cupcakes or muffins or something.
