I received the Arctic Zero Frozen deserts to try, and found them to be really different. They are made of monk fruit which I had never heard of. Apparently Monk Fruit adds all the sweetness without any calories.The Monks used this fruit over 800 years ago.

For me it is guilt free dessert and I have some favorites, my husband did too along with my son. We really like the texture of the bars, they are only 87 calories, the flavors I like where the vanilla with chocolate coating and the chocolate with
chocolate coating and orange with chocolate coating.
My husband liked the strawberry but not the chocolate coating.

When I tried the pints of Arctic Zero I found they are best if left out on the counter for about 3-5 minutes before serving, as they seem to be so solid frozen.

The texture is different than any other frozen desert that I am used to, its not creamy like ice cream its not icy like sherbet and its not like Italian ices. It has the texture of gelatin in a frozen state.

My husband will like the Mint Chocolate and my son ate the whole pint of chocolate, and cookies n cream, they said the same about the texture being different. All in all they tasted good, the flavors are mild and the pints are only 37 calories per 1/2 cup serving, after I tried all the flavors and decided that the chocolate was my favorite. I'm not a fan of the vanilla maple or the pumpkin flavor, only in pie.
