Wedding rings have become something of a joke recently, but the new wave of fashion and style is working to change that. Many are turning to plain wedding bands to say their vows with, and there are a lot of good reasons for this. If you attend a wedding in the near future, you're much more likely to see a plain mens wedding band on the groom's hand, and here are a few of the reasons why.
Plain wedding bands, as one can guess, are more affordable. This correlates to a general loss of popularity in expensive and flashy weddings. More people are turning to simpler ceremonies that emphasize the gravity of the event, rather than trying to be the biggest party on the block. Simple wedding bands go with this.
Fashion is another factor. Plain bands are easier to match and don't draw the eye in the same way.
